  7. Description:
  8. This program tests your modem on startup! Just stick it into your inits (extentions) folder.
  9.  
  10. Here's how to tell if your modem works,
  11. 1. First your modem will start a tone and go to a high piched noise. OR you will see lights flashing.
  12. 2. If it worked then your computer will continue loading up
  13. 3. If it did not then you would not have seen the lights.
  14. 4. Its a good idea to turn it on and off again after you use it if its a external modem.
